Take the Shellmound Powell Route. Note this is a loop route, so you will go down under the freeway out to the end of the Emeryville Marina before returning to BART.
Going to Bay Street: Get off at Stop 25 on Shellmound Street.
Going to BART: Get back on the bus at Stop 25 or walk through the Public Market and get on at Stops 29 or 30 on Christie Ave.
